Helena Constantine

Helena leads the Energy department with extensive experience drafting, negotiating and finalizing concession agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, advising and overseeing mergers and acquisitions.

Helena has worked in all levels of the supply chain. She has experience advising and defending downstream, midstream and upstream projects, as well as working with renewable energy companies to establish and run their projects in Egypt.

Helena’s range of experience also extends to all levels and means of dispute resolution for energy companies, including conducting initial case assessments, drafting and reviewing legal documents such as memos, pleadings and motions, participating in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, and representing clients in commercial and corporate arbitration governed by Egyptian law.
