Michelle Connolly

Michelle Connolly is a managing director in the Private Client Services practice at Andersen. Michelle has over 11 years of experience in providing consulting and tax services to high-net-worth individuals, their families, and related entities. Her primary areas of practice are income, fiduciary, charitable giving, and wealth transfer tax.

Michelle serves a variety of clients, including founders, corporate executives, entrepreneurs at various stages of business development, and families with multi-generational wealth. Michelle has significant experience supervising engagements and reviewing complex individual, trust, and gift tax returns. Her experience includes stock option transactions, qualified small business stock planning, incomplete non-grantor trust tax planning, and charitable planning.

Michelle also collaborates closely with clients’ attorneys and investment advisors to help clients optimize their financial and tax planning results.

Michelle is involved in local office training, mentoring, and recruiting, and is a member of multiple firm committees.
