Manuel Fernández Condearena

Manuel Fernández Condearena is a partner in the commercial law/M&A department at Andersen in Spain's Bilbao office.

He has over 25 years of professional experience and specialises in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and commercial contracts.

Throughout his career, he has advised on numerous M&A processes, including the due diligence phase and the negotiation of relevant agreements, has served as board secretary for international groups and has been involved in both domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings.

Manuel Fernández has spent most of his professional career in Bilbao, working for some of the leading law firms in the sector.

He also holds foundations and advanced design thinking certifications from IDEO, legal process improvement practitioner and legal project management practitioner qualifications from the international institute of legal project management, and the CS50L for Lawyers certificate from Harvard University.
