Matthew is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of in-depth knowledge and expertise in Australian commercial law, employment law, litigation, taxation controversy and dispute resolution.

Throughout his career, Matthew has had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of international companies and individual clients, providing them with hands-on guidance and tailored practical solutions.

Matthew primarily supports the Andersen tax practice in taxation controversy and dispute resolution, including work on tax disputes, position papers, and briefing counsel in tax disputes before the Australian Taxation Office and the courts.

With extensive experience in commercial law, Matthew advises on the Australian legal and regulatory environment, in which businesses operate and provide practical and commercial advice.

Matthew also has extensive experience in employment law, including advice on the Corporations Act and advising on all aspects of employment relations, including awards, agreements, terminations, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.
