Jenn Chou is a managing director in the Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) practice, bringing over 15 years of professional tax experience.
Jenn focuses on tax compliance and consulting in the asset management area, including venture capital funds, private equity funds, and fund of funds.
Before joining Andersen, Jenn was a tax director at PwC, where she focused mainly on venture capital funds. Prior to that, Jenn was a senior finance manager with Venrock, a Palo Alto based venture capital firm, and a tax manager with Deloitte and EY in the San Francisco office.
