Asbed Chahbazian

Asbed is a Partner at Andersen in Luxembourg and has over 18 years of experience in tax law.

Asbed acts mainly on M&A, private equity and real estate transactions, advising on Luxembourg and international tax law aspects.

He provides advice to clients in connection to their international tax planning and corporate reorganizations.

He also assists family holding vehicles and private clients such as entrepreneurs or top executives on wealth management structures.

Prior to joining Andersen in Luxembourg in 2017, Asbed practiced at major law firms for several years. He has also worked in the International Tax department of a Big Four advisory firm.

He is a tax lawyer and a member of the Belgium and Luxembourg bar associations.
