Asbed is a partner at Andersen in Luxembourg and has over 20 years of experience in tax law. He acts mainly on M&A, private equity, and real estate transactions, advising on Luxembourg and international tax law aspects.
He provides advice to clients in connection with their international tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and in the context of tax audits.
He also assists family holding vehicles and private clients, such as entrepreneurs or top executives on wealth management structures.
Prior to joining Andersen in Luxembourg in 2017, Asbed practiced for several years at major law firms. He has also worked in the international tax department of a Big Four advisory firm.
