Celal Çelik
Office Managing Director/Partner
Celal is the Office Managing Director of Andersen in Turkey.
He started his tax career in the Ministry of Finance from 1990 to 2001. He later served as President of The Bogazici Corporate Tax Office and Marmara Corporate Tax Office in Istanbul. He has extensive experience providing tax advisory services for leading local and international companies in Turkey.
In 2020, he established ECC Tax & Audit, which later became Andersen in Turkey, and he serves as Managing Partner for the company.
He is experienced in local and international tax planning. He advises a full spectrum of tax issues like corporate tax, income tax, international tax, and mergers and acquisitions.
In 2012, he published a book titled The Taxation of Exchange Differences in the Turkish Tax System.
He also gives tax lectures to the Okan University post-graduate classes.
