Cathy Elchinoff has over 30 years of progressive operations, recruiting, and human resources experience in professional services firms. After working for Arthur Andersen for 14 years as a Senior Manager of Recruiting and Operations, she built a strong foundation and continues to align operations and hiring strategies with the firm’s business plans.
Cathy is part of the Global Operations team focused on expansion, firm integration, meeting logistics, and other Global projects.
