Victoria Caldevilla is a partner in the Labor and Employment Law area in Andersen’s Madrid office.
Previously, she was a partner at both DA Lawyers and Caldevilla Asociados.
She has more than 30 years of experience in which she has advised companies on collective bargaining, including employment regulation proceedings, collective bargaining agreements, modification of conditions and development and monitoring of equality plans.
Her clients include large companies in the financial and industrial sectors, to which she regularly provides advice in large transactions.
In addition, she is a member of the National Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA), the Association of International Mobility Experts (AIAL) and the Board of Directors of the Spanish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce as Secretary.
She is recognized in the legal directories Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.
