Bryan Keith is a Managing Director in the US National Tax practice at Andersen and has over 20 years of experience advising on federal income matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and internal restructurings.
Bryan’s experience includes work on a variety of tax matters including S Corporation issues, qualified small business stock, and the treatment of transaction costs. Prior to joining Andersen, Bryan worked at Grant Thornton as a managing director in their national tax practice.
Bryan is a frequent author for publications such as The Tax Adviser and a speaker for organizations including the Tax Executives Institute and American Bar Association.
