Andersen Global
Gyorgy began his career at a Big Four firm in Budapest where he was a member of the transaction tax team. He gathered broad experience in transaction taxation and participated in buy-side and sell-side due diligence reviews, international and local group restructuring projects, acquisition of assets and portfolio of assets, structuring of divestments, financing and refinancing.
After joining Andersen in Hungary in 2014, he maintained his focus on group restructurings, structuring acquisitions and exits in addition to providing due diligence advice while also providing ongoing tax services to clients.
