Bill Toce has over 15 years of experience with the valuation of closely held businesses, business interests, intangible assets, intellectual property, debt instruments, and derivatives (including stock options and option-embedded securities). These engagements were conducted for a variety of purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, litigation support, strategic planning, and tax planning and reporting.

- Common stock valuations for tax planning and financial reporting to comply with Sec. 409A of the Internal Revenue Code and FASB ASC Topic 718
