Bibiana Buitrago Duarte

Bibiana has more than two decades of experience in the public and private sectors. Her experience mainly includes the practice of tax law, customs and exchange law, asset management, and transfer pricing, especially in the capital market sectors, trust companies, non-profit entities, and service companies.

She is a member of Women in Alternative Investments and a research member of Centro de Externadista de Estudios Fiscales.

She is a speaker in forums and seminars in the public and private sectors, an author of articles on tax matters for various national media, and an undergraduate and graduate professor at several universities.

Bibiana is a frequent speaker at both public and private forums and seminars. She has also contributed to public speech with her articles on tax issues in various national media. Before joining the firm, Bibiana worked with Dirección Distrital de Impuestos de Bogotá/Bogota Taxes Distrital Office and with Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN)/National Tax and Customs Office.

She is a founding partner and director of JHR Servicios Contables, now Andersen in Colombia.
