Under her leadership, Aegis evolved from its initial focus on financial services to successfully expand into several strategic sectors, while growing from three founding partners to a team of over 80 professionals. Cristina was instrumental in the development and implementation of Aegis' distinctive business model, first proven in the financial services industry and subsequently adapted across multiple industries. Her leadership approach fostered both sustainable growth and the development of specialized practices across multiple sectors.

Cristina specializes in senior and executive search in the financial services and asset management sectors, where her deep market knowledge and extensive network have been instrumental in numerous high-profile placements.
