Ulrike Beuselinck specializes in real estate and construction law and property law.
Since September 2010, Ulrike Beuselinck is member of the bar of Brussels. She worked for several years at a law firm within the real estate and construction law department.
In May 2019, Ulrike joined Seeds of Law, which has since 2024 become Andersen in Belgium, as a partner, where she focuses on real estate law in general, property law (long lease rights, easements, common wall, co-ownership, etc.), and construction law in the public and private sector.
In addition, Ulrike has extensive expertise in tenancy law, with regard to common and commercial rental law and land lease. She is also responsible for all files concerning liability law and insurance law.
Since 2019, she is docent tenancy law for the real estate professionals in formation at Syntra Brussels.
