Arancha Bengoechea is a Partner for the Public and Regulatory Law area of Andersen in Spain, in the Madrid office.
Previously, she was a Partner in the Regulatory group and Head of the Administrative Law and Public sector area at PwC as well as a lawyer at Cuatrecasas.
Arancha Bengoechea has more than 20 years of experience, and she specializes in all branches of public law including environmental law, administrative contracting, administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings, pharmaceutical law, telecommunications and gambling, as well as procedural law and competition law. She also provides legal advice to non-profit organizations. In these areas, she has advised public and private clients on all types of projects, procedures and legal proceedings.
Arancha has participated as a speaker at numerous conferences and seminars and is the author of several publications related to public law. In the academic field, she has been a teacher of business law at the University Antonio de Nebrija and the Instituto de Empresa, where she taught the subject of contentious-administrative law.
She has been highlighted by important international guides such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Best Lawyer in the areas of environmental law and public law.
