Amanda leads Andersen’s global equity services strategy, ensuring clients receive integrated support across tax compliance, plan design, and operations. She helps organizations manage the regulatory, tax, and reporting complexities of equity awards for mobile employees, optimizing plan impact while reducing risk.

Before joining Andersen, Amanda held senior equity advisory roles at PwC and Vialto Partners, supporting some of the world’s most complex equity programs. She has guided clients on issues such as global plan governance, employee communications, and policy development, helping them stay ahead of regulatory changes.
