Ingrid Barruz is a partner in the public and regulatory department at Andersen in Spain’s Barcelona office.
She has more than 20 years' experience advising companies in highly regulated sectors, such as healthcare and automotive, as well as public bodies on administrative, environmental, and public procurement law.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in the drafting of national and international regulatory projects and has participated as a speaker and author in various specialist publications on environmental law.
She holds a degree in law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where she also completed her PhD in Law and International Economics.
She also completed her training with a postgraduate degree in Politics, Policies and Environmental Regulations from Vermont Law and Graduate School (Vermont, EE.UU).
