Kjetil Barfelt is a managing director at Andersen Consulting in Sweden. He brings extensive experience in management, leadership, and business transformation, working across industries such as production, manufacturing, healthcare, shipping, sales, and service companies.

Before joining Andersen Consulting, Kjetil co-founded the Mantec Group, a management consulting firm headquartered in Sweden. He played a key role in expanding its operations across Scandinavia, Finland, and Northern Europe while supporting clients throughout Europe, Asia, and North and Central America. As a leader in transformation initiatives, he drove strategic improvements that delivered measurable and lasting results.

Throughout his career, Kjetil has led 200-300 transformation and implementation projects, focusing on financial performance, productivity, lead times, on-time delivery, process efficiency, quality, and market positioning. His expertise in change management ensures organizations achieve sustainable operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement.

Earlier in his career, Kjetil served as a commissioned officer in the Norwegian Army, gaining leadership experience through national and international service. His ability to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful change defines his approach to business transformation.
