His expertise in change management ensures organizations achieve sustainable operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement.

Earlier in his career, Kjetil served as a commissioned officer in the Norwegian Army, gaining leadership experience through national and international service. His ability to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful change defines his approach to business transformation.
