David Bank

David Bank is a Managing Director at Andersen, and Senior Vice President at Rosen Consulting Group (RCG), an affiliate of Andersen.

David has more than 15 years of experience in economic and real estate research and consulting services and leads the research team at RCG. He specializes in housing market and public policy consulting and has been the principal author and project manager on numerous RCG reports and white papers across a broad spectrum of residential and commercial estate topics.  David is often called upon to advise and provide research presentations to clients and industry groups.

Prior to joining RCG, David served as an Economist at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R), where he was responsible for analyzing regional economic and housing market conditions. He also conducted market risk assessments for the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) multifamily insurance program and published numerous reports for the HUD’s Economic and Market Analysis Division (EMAD). Before that, David worked as a researcher for the Massachusetts Governor’s Council of Economic Advisors and spent several years as a consultant in the market research and healthcare industries.
