David Bank

David Bank is a managing director at Andersen with nearly two decades of experience in economic and real estate research and consulting services. Specializing in housing market and public policy consulting, he has served as principal author and senior project manager on numerous reports and white papers spanning a wide range of residential and commercial real estate topics. David frequently advises clients and presents research to industry groups and organizations.

Prior to joining Andersen, David served as senior vice president at Rosen Consulting Group (RCG), where he directed research and led the consulting team. Earlier in his career, he served as an economist in the Office of Policy Development and Research at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where he analyzed regional economic and housing market conditions, conducted market risk assessments for the Federal Housing Administration’s multifamily insurance program, and published reports for the Economic and Market Analysis Division. He also worked as a researcher for the Massachusetts Governor’s Council of Economic Advisors and as a consultant in the market research and healthcare industries.
