Ana Apacible

Ana Apacible is a member of the Andersen Commercial practice and has provided federal and state tax compliance and provision services to domestic and foreign businesses for 8 years. Ana focuses on consulting, provision, and tax compliance services to fast-growing start-ups, pre-IPO, and multinational companies.

During her career, she has been involved in planning and implementing IP migration as well as reorganization of foreign structures. Typical industries she has served include technology (hardware and software), biotechnology, real estate, and manufacturing companies. She has experience in corporate and international taxation, including consolidated returns, stock compensation, tax credits, and CFC taxation.

Ana has authored several chapters for publications, including Lexis Nexis’ Foreign Tax and Trade Briefs, Money Laundering, Asset Forfeiture and Recovery and Compliance, and Company Law.
