Ana Apacible is a managing director within the Andersen Commercial practice and has provided federal and state tax compliance and provision services to domestic and foreign businesses for 11 years. Her expertise focuses on general consulting, compensation and benefits, accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), and tax compliance services to fast-growing start-ups, pre-IPO, public and multinational companies.
During her career, she has been involved in planning and implementing IP migration as well as reorganization of foreign structures. Ana works with companies across the SaaS, AI, biotechnology, defense, and manufacturing industries.
Ana has authored several chapters for publications, including Lexis Nexis’ Foreign Tax and Trade Briefs, Money Laundering, Asset Forfeiture and Recovery and Compliance, and Company Law.
