Kwame D. Amporful is a co-founder and partner at Andersen in Ghana. He specializes in accounting and advisory services, governance, risk management, compliance, restructuring, and insolvency. He also serves on several boards, including as Board Chair of Fido Microcredit, June 30 Media, Everythinamazin.com, Lumina Travel and Tours Ltd, and as a Director of GEKE Manufacturing.
Prior to co-founding the firm (previously LIMA Partners), Kwame spent nearly nine years at Prudential Bank, working within governance, risk management, and compliance functions. Earlier in his career, he worked with Novotel Accra (Accor Hotels) in treasury management and cost control. He has also served on the boards of several organizations, including Elephant Healthcare, Downer Mining EDI (Ghana Branch), and Zupt Ltd, and has acted as Company Secretary to various boards.
