Alexa Vieira LaBianca

Alexa Vieira LaBianca leads the Human Resources function at Andersen, leveraging over 23 years of experience and credentials, including SPHR, SPHR-CA, and SHRM-SCP.

Her expertise extends across various facets of human resources management, including employee relations, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation, benefits and wellness, HR technology, and strategic planning. 

Before joining Andersen, Alexa was responsible for Human Resources in the West region at Rothstein Kass.  Prior to Rothstein Kass, she worked in undergraduate and MBA Campus Recruiting at Merrill Lynch for the investment banking division.

As the co-chair of the firm’s DEI Advisory Board and Chair of the Andersen Foundation Organizational Committee, she blends her dedication to diversity and inclusion with a passion for philanthropy, supporting our firm’s culture of giving back and valuing individual differences.
