Naa Deisa Adjei is a partner in the accounting department of Andersen in Ghana, where she leads the firm’s accounting and advisory services with a focus on delivering strategic financial solutions. Her career spans over a decade, marked by her exceptional ability to drive value for clients through expert advisory, precise financial management, and comprehensive risk analysis.

Prior to joining the firm, Naa gained experience in audit and financial advisory at Crowe Veritas. As a senior audit associate, she managed critical review engagements and provided in-depth financial assessments for a diverse range of clients. Her earlier tenure with KPMG Ghana equipped her with a solid foundation in international financial reporting standards, compliance frameworks, and effective client relationship management.
