Marco Antonio Ruiz

Marco Antonio Ruiz is a Partner at Andersen in Mexico and has over 15 years of experience in corporate and international taxation. He advises individuals, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies on a broad variety of business and operations.

He has extensive experience in serving clients in many industries, with an emphasis on agriculture businesses, start-ups, e-commerce and foreign-owned factories (maquiladoras).

Before joining Andersen in Mexico, Marco was a Partner and a founding member of a Mexican professional tax and legal firm. Previously, he was a Tax Manager at PwC Mexico and a Mexican firm, advising large, entrepreneurial companies.

Marco is an active participant in several professional organizations. He also currently lectures on taxation at the Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara.
